How do you know if your relationship is healthy?
You respect each other, trust one another, communicate well as a couple, you’re both committed to the relationship, you are kind to each other, you enjoy each other’s company, you support each other’s goals, you make decisions together, and you feel supported and cared.
There are many areas that make up a healthy relationship and I will give you some ideas to reflect on your own relationship and what you can do differently.
Love each other.
Fight for each other.
Remember, love is never easy, and it’s one hell of a ride.
